National Sales Head
Lead Pacific Surfaces' national sales strategy across India. Drive revenue growth, build and mentor a high-performing regional sales team, and own commercial outcomes for our quartz, granite, and engineered-surface portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the national sales P&L and quarterly revenue targets across all India regions.
- Build, mentor, and lead the Regional Sales Director team across South, West, North, and East.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the brand positioning, proposition, and communication strategy across all touchpoints.
- Lead the content and communications agenda, including collateral, PR, media engagement, and thought leadership.
- Own the digital and social media strategy, performance marketing, and demand-generation initiatives.
- Drive market activation across events, exhibitions, launches, and dealer / distributor branding.
- Lead go-to-market and marketing strategy for new products, collections, and key launches.
- Build and lead the marketing team, own budgets, and establish planning, measurement, and governance.
Head – Business Technology & Digital Transformation
Build and drive Pacific's business technology and digital transformation agenda. Create a connected, data-driven operating environment by integrating existing systems, digitising core processes, and building new digital capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the digital transformation roadmap and target technology architecture in line with business priorities.
- Lead digitisation of critical processes across operations, supply chain, inventory, commercial, and customer-facing functions.
- Build on and integrate existing platforms, including the manufacturing ERP and Salesforce CRM, and close gaps in the technology landscape.

- Plan and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and Google, managing agency and technology partners to improve effectiveness.

- Manage website content and support SEO, search visibility, and Google Business Profile initiatives.

Manager – Experiential Marketing

Key Responsibilities
