Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end talent acquisition across functions such as Sales and Marketing Partner with the Head – HR to understand hiring requirements, define candidate profiles, manage recruitment processes and ensure timely closure of positions Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, job portals, recruitment partners and other relevant channels; continuously improve sourcing effectiveness and quality of hire Support and manage HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, HRMS, HR MIS, documentation, payroll coordination, employee queries and other core HR processes Support implementation of HR policies and processes, performance cycles, employee engagement initiatives and grievance / employee-relations matters as the HR function evolves Build recruitment and HR reporting, tracking headcount, hiring pipeline, time-to-hire, offer-to-join conversion, attrition and other relevant metrics, and use insights to improve processes The Successful Applicant We are looking for a high-energy HR professional with strong recruitment experience and the ability to manage broader HR responsibilities 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with strong hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition MBA / PGDM in HR from a reputed institution Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, preferably across sales / commercial and corporate functions Experience working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial, promoter-led or recently scaled organisation would be an advantage Demonstrated ability to independently manage HR processes and work with business stakeholders Exposure to HR operations, HRMS, HR MIS, onboarding, employee lifecycle and HR policies Strong communication, stakeholder management, organisation and follow-through Comfortable operating in an environment where processes are being built and improved rather than simply inherited.
