Why choose Pacific quartz? 8 reasons for your kitchen

A kitchen counter is one of the few things in a home you expect to last as long as the home itself. So the slab you choose, and the company behind it, matter. Here are eight reasons families, architects and fabricators across India choose Pacific quartz kitchen countertops.
1. We make every slab ourselves

Pacific has been working with stone since 2000, when we started as Pacific Granites. We began making quartz in 2018 and opened our own plant in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, in 2023, running Italian Breton technology. Breton developed the engineered stone process, and its lines press our slabs under vacuum.

That means the quartz you buy from us was made by us, not bought in from another factory and relabelled. Among quartz slab manufacturers in India, it is the simplest way to know exactly what you are getting.
2. It does not stain
A Pacific slab is made mostly of natural quartz stone, one of the hardest minerals in nature, bound with a little resin and pigment and pressed until the surface has no pores. Turmeric, oil, tea and tamarind sit on top and wipe away. Pacific quartz does not stain, and it never needs sealing.
For a kitchen platform that sees tadka and haldi every day, that matters more than almost anything else. Our care guidehas the full set of quartz countertop maintenance tips, and they take about two minutes a day.
3. It is safe for your family

Is a quartz countertop safe to cook on? Pacific quartz is certified to NSF/ANSI 51 for food contact, so you can knead dough or roll rotis directly on it. It also carries Greenguard Gold certification for low chemical emissions indoors. Because the surface is non-porous, a wipe with neutral soap is enough to keep it hygienic.
4. It is safer for the people who make it
Cutting any engineered stone releases dust, and crystalline silica in that dust is a health risk for fabricators. We took that seriously. Our Ecosurfaces range uses a hybrid formulation of premium minerals, quartz and recycled glass, with zero-silica and low silica quartz options. Its silica content is tested by SGS. Our guide to Pacific Ecosurfaces explains how we make them.
5. Big slabs, fewer joints
A joint across an island or a long platform is the first thing the eye catches on a veined counter, and the place grime collects. A super jumbo quartz slab from Pacific runs up to 3,480 mm long, so most islands and long runs can be cut from one piece. Our quartz slab range comes in 12, 20 and 30 mm, depending on the design. Our guide to jumbo quartz slabsexplains why size matters.
6. Designs for every kind of kitchen
You'll find bright and warm white quartz, veined marble quartz in the Eclipse collection, golden veining in Nebula, and darker tones for a dramatic quartz kitchen. Most designs come in polished, matte, suede and velvet finishes.
Beyond the slab, we offer bullnose, ogee, bevel and mitred edges, fluted quartz for walls and island fronts, and Integra quartz sinks made from the same material as the counter. Our guides to white quartz countertops and marble quartz help you narrow it down.

7. Quality that travels

Pacific quartz engineered stone countertops are exported to more than 45 countries, and we opened a European warehouse in Poland in 2024. The slabs we send abroad are the same slabs that go into Indian homes, made in the same plant to the same standard. Pacific quartz also carries CE marking for Europe and ISO 9001:2015 for quality management.
8. A lifetime warranty and help at every step
Every Pacific quartz slab carries a lifetime warranty. Before you buy, our Visualizer lets you upload a photo of your kitchen and try any design on the counter, and our dealers will show you full slabs so you can see exactly what you are getting.
